Trivia:
-All revealed characters from "Rule of the Kestrels" cameo in the final battle.
-I briefly considered changing the story and having Eomer sacrifice himself but then I didn't think my story should change just because I myself was kinda mad at Eomer. Also, I considered Eomer sacrificing himself as the last scene after the battle.
-Almost zero playable characters appear in the final battle aside from those who appeared in The Blade of Darth Revan as well.
-The Story and Ending for Epitaph was created far before most of the other games, though some roles were switched to different characters.
-Grievous was originally going to reappear in this game but I didn't like the idea of Revan's BFF being a cyborg murderer who commits genocide.
-The Crossroads Demon was added in only a few days before the game began. This was done to add supernatural elements as well as providing a cool flashback/WTF scene. If I had been into SPN longer. Lucifer probably would've found his way into the game
-Sauron was originally going to be killed by a captured Lux in a Dogma-like position. This was changed so Mayfare could get another cool moment.
-No new new pictures of the crossroads demon were shot for Day 5. Everything for that was already filmed with Day 1.
-There were quite a few candidates for the character who would be burned alive by Shaw which would lead to Revan's death. I considered introducing a female character, but instead just decided to use existing character Whitaker Atlas.
-Shaw's face was really screwed up by a sharpie, it was so bad I just had to change his face. So that's why Shaw looks a lot older in this game.
-I had an idea about Haldir turning against Eomer but it was quickly scrapped.
-The Doctor will later go back in time in his next incarnation to rescue baby Revan from Shaw, as seen in Prologue Part 1.
-This game takes place directly before "The End of Time"
-Eomer's mood at the end sort of mirror's Frodo's in ROTK, but Eomer decides to stay and build a new life.
-The Epitaph Conclusion was the hardest set of photos to make ever. whole thing took like five hours.
-Eomer's flashback includes scenes from Servants of Destruction, A Common Enemy, The Desperate Quest, The Blade of Darth-Revan, and of course Epitaph.
-Revan and Eomer sorta went through parallel journeys. Revan had a long-time grudge against Gandalf, and Eomer had a long-time grudge against Shaw. Revan started off as a cold-blooded assassin in TWOM-E and Sith Temple, but Gandalf's death taught him that revenge doesn't bring happiness. Eomer learned the same thing when he realized Revan's care did much more than his own hate. In the end, Revan resorted back to his old ways and it ended up getting him killed. Eomer focused on the mission instead of vengeance, but ended up getting it anyway.
-Eomer seemed more likely to die a reckless death while going in way over his head, while Revan seemed more likely to stay level-headed and give more care to the task at hand. This was on purpose.
