I think Bossk, he has more weapons I think and is probably more skilled as he's an actual bounty hunter unlike chewy who's basically a smuggler... Also Trandoshans can probably over power Wookiees pretty easily since they would take them as slaves... Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. But Chewbacca isn't an ordinary Wookie. He's probably a lot more skilled then most. Although I guess that's debatable. IDK, maybe Bossk would have the edge. Maybe Bossk isn't an ordinary trandoshan...  but yeah.. |

I'm going to give it slightly to Chewbacca.
He's probably a war veteran given his appearance with Yoda in episode 3. And he has had tons of experience fighting. Bossk never seemed that impressive anyways and he isn't even that good in the EU.

Yeah, I think Wookiees can live for like 600 years or so, so it could be the equivalent to his early 30s. IDK, but I could have sworn I remember reading somewhere that Chewie isn't as strong as other Wookiees (but he's still strong of course). When it comes to strength in this match Chewie would win. In a shootout, I'm not sure. I think I'd give it to Bossk. So then it really comes down to how they fight and if they disarm each other. |

I think Bossk has other smaller weapons with him too besides his rifle. He might but I don't know much about him. I think Bossk was one of the more honourable hunters that didnt use cheap tricks though. Since the hunt was kinda sacred to them. I could see him only having a blaster and that's it. And Chewies aim is pretty good. |

Have any of you read the "Chewbacca" graphic novel by Dark Horse? I have it, (Chewie was one of my favourite characters as a child) and it really shows how great Chewie was. I think ultimately he'd beat Bossk. And a blaster bolt doesn't bring a Wookiee down.  |

Honestly I'm not sure. Qui-Gon is actually very skilled lightsaber combatant but he did have a hard time keeping up to Maul it seemed but he was able to hold him back pretty well. Qui-Gon is older though but that was when Maul was actually at his peak in TPM. Ventress is Agile but I don't think she is the same type of combatant as Maul (TPM Maul).
