I also have a feeling that there is a Roleblocker this game weather he is one of us or a scum remains to be seen. (Perhaps their is 2?) OOC: Heard Spider saying he wanted to incorporate it into a game some time.

Also 12 people are playing though I expect 1 or 2 will not be as active. I am assuming that their is 3 scum if their was 4 they could have us out numbered in 2 days which seems early.

I think there's most likely 3 scum. A quarter of everyone here would seem the most likely (unless there's another twist of some kind, which wouldn't be too surprising, but I think this will be a more normal scum hunt).
