The Conglomerate Union of FPPCIE is a massive, cultured nation, renowned for its unlimited-speed roads, compulsory military service, and state-planned economy. The hard-working, democratic population of 2.731 billion Ferumavians have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.
The enormous government prioritizes Defense, although Industry and Law & Order are also considered important. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Profitia. The average income tax rate is 83.0%, and even higher for the wealthy.
The frighteningly efficient Ferumav economy, worth 275 trillion nat-pieces a year, is driven entirely by a combination of government and state-owned industry, with private enterprise illegal. The industrial sector is dominated by the Arms Manufacturing industry, with significant contributions from Book Publishing, Tourism, and Information Technology. Average income is an impressive 100,967 nat-pieces, and evenly distributed, with the richest citizens earning only 2.1 times as much as the poorest.
Military spending is on the increase, citizens rise at daybreak every day for mandatory exercise, military spending recently hit a new high, and newborns are being raised as mindless killing machines. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a well-funded police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. FPPCIE's national animal is the Raccoon, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests.
