But Very Good Civil Rights. Superb and Superb is better than Very Good and World Benchmark Very Good is 3 places below Superb and World Benchmark is one above Superb, also Pinda has excessive and I'm one away from World Benchmark on both True, but my region is on it's way to becoming fully democratic. how does that make you feel? |

Gah! I was going to become World Benchmark but it turns out that I chose something that lowered my Civil Rights and Economy by 1.  I don't understand how limiting terms for senators lowers Civil Rights AND Economy A little tip, If you see a issue "Public Loudspeakers Shrill With Controversy" choose the second option, I chose it a week ago and it raised my economy by 10 |

Well that does raise your military numbers so that makes sense, but you have already admitted to ID tagging citizens to track their movements, that's oppressive. |
