Does anyone know where to find a good clip of Hardcase or Hevy's death? I'm trying to do a video on clone deaths.

Good job. Nice Trandoshan quote too. Did you do that on iMovie? And if you did, how did you get videos onto it?

PindaHow do you get around copyright crap when you post your videos? You can't. If you don't own all of the clips and sound used in your video you can get a copyright claim and you can't do anything about it. However, most copyright claims didn't do much harm. You have two types of claims: The ones that get you a strike on your account and force you to delete your video (those are bad because at the third strike they'll disable your account) and the ones that ban your video in Germany Most belong to the second category, so unless the target audience of your videos is German you don't have to worry The only strike I ever got on my account was for posting the leaked spoilers for the Maul arc in season 5... and I didn't even use any copyrighted stuff in it

Because I got a strike for posting TCW clips, so I was wondering how many other people always get away with it.

If you edit videos into a trailer you'll usually get away with just a ban in Germany. I don't think it has anything to do with the country you live in, but maybe Disney changed the copyright policy to make it more strict... then it would affect newer videos. Your copyright punishment really depends on the company you're dealing with. For example I made a few trailer videos for the game RuneScape and the company that made it actually shared the video rather than reporting a copyright infringement, but most of my TCW videos have copyright infringements because Lucasfilm cared about it apparently... So what was in the video that got you a strike?

So what was in the video that got you a strike? What do you mean by unedited? I mean that the video wasn't edited at all. So it would just be a clip from TCW. Not something you worked on yourself (like a trailer). Unedited videos like that are far more likely to get you a strike.
