So any updated news to this show? I thought this was pretty funny after I saw the trailer for it. I hope these will get released eventually.

I'm not really sad or angry they never aired it, but i still wanna see it though. It won't be groundbreaking but defenitely looked like a lot of fun.

I was looking forward to this show. I thought it held some potential Saturday morning humor. I thought the trailer on SW.com was pretty funny.I hope this will eventually happen (although I doubt it). If and when something new about this show gets released please let me know, thanks .

I am not mad or sad but kind of mad for seth green. He put all the work in this show and then some corporate assholes come along and cancel it when it wouldn't even interfere with their new movies.

Ugh, that's so long! They already have 39 episodes already made so why not not just air them?

To be honest I NEVER wanted Detours but I was mad that Disney cancelled it because of how hard Seth Green had worked on it. I felt bad for him.

Bumping this up as I hear we might be getting this released on May the 4th at long, long last Reports are even saying they finished a further 13 episodes, so they have a 52 episode season. Really, after seeing Clone Wars, Droids, Ewoks and the animated bit from the freaking holiday special added to Disney+, this was just a natural step

I was actually pretty disappointed with the cancellation as I was looking forward to this. I thought it was pretty funny lol. But there's definitely a trend now of them revisiting old content. Not sure if they just have no creativity or it's convenient and less expensive to just fish out shelved projects instead of making new stuff from scratch. Probably both lol. But I wonder what's next then. 1313 would be great...

A part of me wonders if that recent meme of Detours Vader has something to do with this move Probably both I mean, there's a bit of a lull in Star Wars content, so might as well use what's already there. I can see how they'd want to have it organised the same way with Marvel on their Disney+ shows, where the content just keeps coming without major breaks. Of course, that kind of structure will likely take until next year to introduce (unless Book of Boba Fett starts it off and Mando season 3 continues from there).

I remember being interested in this back when Detours was announced, but I honestly don't care about it anymore. I figure it's because I'm no longer the target age for it.
If it really does release, I might watch the first episode, but I can't see myself getting excited for 52 episodes of it. Plus I can find endless Star Wars spoofs across social media aimed for more mature audiences, so there's not a strong pull for me to watch this.

Normally, I'd feel the same, but since it's the Robot Chicken guys doing it, I'm still fairly interested in this. Robot Chicken's Star Wars parodies are legendary, so I'm eager to see how they handled making a whole show out of it for a wider age range.
