I think you might be overshooting things a little. 12 players is far over the bar that would qualify something as a mini game. That's only about 3 players less than a full game. I'd definitely do no more than 10. I'll see if I can play but I can barely keep up with Pinda's mini game with all the other full games going on.

Azog and Gothmog are supposed to be reserve characters for people who like orcs because they aren't major characters . Only 10 people sign up though . |
