I'm not gonna lie. I simply don't have time for this series anymore. I barely have to time to even come here. I'm really sorry but i doubt i can finish it in its traditional format. I might try something else at some point but i make no promises. That's a real shame, but I completely understand that whatever's going on with your life is probably more important. I hope someday you can finish this, but that's entirely up to you. If you at all feel like you're letting us down in some way, please don't think that. I think I can speak on behalf of us when I say that we all understand. |

I have made the decision to write the last few episodes + the 'movie' with maybe a few pictures here and there to give you an idea of what something or someone might look like. I am currently busy writing all of them in a format that should work.
However i haven't really found a way to upload them or show them to all of you who want to read it. Any suggestions maybe?

I'm thinking of posting these written episodes on the Wikia itself. That way it's easy for me to just copy what i wrote and paste it in there And that way i could still add a few pictures as well. |

I've created the wikia page for it but the episode isn't there yet. I'm anxious to see how this written format is going to work out but i do have a good feeling about it. It allows me to make episodes much faster.
I still apologize for the lengthly hiatus however.
Here's the synopsis of episode 17: The Ambush Games
"Ravi-idej and the Redemption crew wake up in a strange mysterious place with The Redemption missing. After they are joined by a Bounty Hunter and several other people they are forced to play a cruel game of Loyal and Scum. These are called The Ambush Games..."

So yeah you could say things are going swell at the moment How are you doing? Oh, I have been better. I'm just working on my bachelor thesis... not much else going on.  A job at the Lego store seems appropriate. I'm sure you wrote about the ambush games on your résumé when applying for it. Publishing a book seems interesting... I have tried to write a book myself several times... I actually got to 50 pages during my last attempt I think.  But I struggle with the language. I mean I can write English (obviously) and my academic English is quite well (or so I'm told) but writing a book is so different... I feel like my knowledge of the language is too limited to write a good book. Same applies to Dutch by the way... and my Dutch writing is actually worse to begin with (I got points deducted at university for language whenever I wrote in Dutch). So how is that going for you? Oh and be sure to tell us about it if you manage to publish the book, it might get you some buyers. |

Using my own series on this site as a sort of warm up for that. But yeah i do intend to actually publish it as a series of books. I have 50 chapters planned to complete the entire story but i struggle to find a good balance (and some originality) However first i wanted to make a pretty fat book or two parted. But it seemed my chapter tend to get quite long at times so collegue of mine (who writes a lot) advised me to make it a 4-5 parter. But i've still got some ways to go wich sometimes discourages me a lot. |

I think I use more English that Dutch these days. Well, you learn by trying I guess. And it may be the curse of using two languages a lot... You do not get to perfect either of them.  You also learn a lot from reading though... Like after reading the Song of Ice and Fire (Games of Thrones) books I decided that using "point of view" characters for my book would probably be a good idea. I had the opposite problem with chapters actually. I got stuck at around 3000 words with my chapters. Honestly, I don't know how to fill the chapter sometimes, I get to the point too fast. I actually had the story in my mind for years though... so maybe I am just too eager to write it all down way too fast. And getting all my ideas to fit into a logical did not seem to be that easy. But I will probably give it another try once I'm done with my thesis. |

But at the same time the core remained the same. Humans fighting Monsters with mysteries abundance But i've added a much darker edge and more disturbing edge. The working title "To Fight Monsters" still remains since i haven't been able to come up with a better name. I could post a small summary here: (Note i've never really done a decent summary of it before so here goes  ) "The world is nothing more then a small continent located in an endless ocean. The land is divided into three kingdoms: The Embrak Kingdom, Tillyon Kingdom and the Eraginn Kingdom. In the middle of the land a gargantuan circular phenomenon known as "The Wall of Clouds" is ever present. It reaches the very skies itself. Large clouds that act as wall for what lies behind: "Monster's Domain." Over the years humanity is consistently attacked by the Monsters that live within the Domain behind the Wall and seek a way to stop them. It is humanity's goal to reach "The Epicenter" in the middle of the Domain. They hope to find all the answers and a way to stop the Monster attacks here. Unfortunately no living soul as ever seen or reached the Epicenter as the the Domain gets increasingly more dangerous and disturbing the further you move inward. Humanity has developed weapons of fire (wich is the only known thing that can cut through the Wall of Clouds and actually kill Monsters) and given them to groups of warriors willing to give their lives and venture into the Domain. These brave souls are called "The Warriors of Fire" "The story follows the perspectives of Glynn Reed, a young man from the Tillyon Kingdom, and that of Avri Embrak, A prince from the Embrak Kingdom. Glynn wishes nothing more then to become a Warrior of Fire and explore the Domain of Monsters. Meanwhile Avri is dealing with the negligence of his father, the King, and wishes to enter the through the Wall of Clouds to prove himself worthy." |

You also learn a lot from reading though... Like after reading the Song of Ice and Fire (Games of Thrones) books I decided that using "point of view" characters for my book would probably be a good idea.
