It's so quiet when a game is going on and you're not in it.

I miss some of the people that I don't hear from that often or don't see anymore from around the web like the NR, some from here and some from the old StarWars.com site as well. *Sigh*.

You were around when he came about. He was an old user I beleive as well. He was also called DG-33 by some people here and there as well. He had a general grievous avatar. You can find his name on A war on Two fronts guide, I bet you will recognize him.

He made a post in the game discussion that he has to focus on school next year. Oh I must have missed that... Well that's too bad... so you won't be playing any games for a long time? I really start to think schools in the US are horrible. So many people on here say they are very busy with school or can't even play an AG because of it...

Well I don't know about USA but I know there school system isn't exactly the greatest in the world. In Canada I honestly never had to much home work or anything I managed to keep 80-90% marks the entire year.

Then I just study from my books and I still get good grades. But last year my grades dropped a lot (everyone's grades dropped) so I plan to do my homework a bit more serious this year. But I wasted only about 10-20 minutes each day (except during tests weeks) on homework.

But they teach the material and unless you have nice teacher to help you then you have to understand the material once it is teached. If you don't understand then you have to go the book or a friend that understands.

If you don't understand then you have to go the book or a friend that understands. At least they teach you something. Most of my teachers give us a planner at the start of the year that has all the homework for the first 1/4th of the year and we have to make it, most don't even check if we indeed made it and many don't even teach us anything. They just let us figure out everything ourselves and then give us a book that contains the answers. Only if someone has a question they'll help that person. My English teacher sometimes just lets us go home or watches videos with us the whole time... school is pointless here, I could as well study it myself without those teachers.

I hardly ever study for a test. I just pay attention in class and keep up with everything and get it down the first time

If I have a test I don't study until the very night before as well as use my study halls I have before the test to study. It has been proven that you learn more at night before you go to sleep than in mid day or etc. Your mind stores the info you learned that night very well because it is fresh in your mind. where as the things you saw and did in the day will be forgotten easier. I was like wow when I heard that. It works to. People study like a week before but It doesn't do any good becuase your focused on other things and you will forget what you studied. The only thing I do in advance is projects becuase that's not last minute material.

I'm one of those students that studies a lot for tests, takes good notes, and does homework assignments on time. And homework assigned on Friday that's due Monday, I always do it Friday. But when it comes to projects sometimes I'll procrastinate on those. I don't know why I do that, maybe I feel they're stupid usually. But I still manage to get all As or if not, high Bs which are very good.

Actually the two hardest subjects for me last year were Algebra 1 and Spanish. Aside from those two, my grades were outstanding. But I still managed to move on to Geometry this year.

But this years teachers don't seem to teach anymore. So I'm forced to study, which in most cases just means reading it once (except for Math, I actually need to study properly that).
