Earth isn't fine. It's dying. Fast. Plus, what will humans do (if they're still around) when our Sun dies? Imagine if we had the technology to jump ship and go somewhere else. Probably not. At the rate are tech is right now. The sun is not dying..... the planet is fine..... guys, do you have any idea how long humans have been polluting the environment? If that *actually* made the planet begin to "die", it would've died long ago. Of course the Sun's not dying. Right now it's middle aged. But, are planet is dying, though. It's just at a slow process. In other words, for now, we're fine. But it's the future I'm thinking about.

How exactly do you think the Earth is dying? Alright, let me put it this way. I don't think the Earth is dying (yet) but I do think Humans may cause it to earlier than it should (mostly by war). That is, if we're not careful, IMO.

Did you know humanity, as of now, as the weapons to destroy themselves? Like, just, kill themselves off?

Did you also know that some group in NASA, I believe, is working on a way to change the trajectory of an asteroid that could hit Earth? Like, a global killer asteroid. I think that's pretty cool. Scientists actually said that's the only thing (space wise) where Humans have control of their destiny.

If we go over there and just bomb them (which we should) they'll call back up and we'll call back up...next thing you know you got a WWIII. Good luck sleeping at night knowing you could be bombed at any second.

China only likes them cause if they break treaty's there will be alot of immigrants from NK to china.

Let's just say the only solution for this is one world government without nuclear weapons. And maybe we should get back on the sports or height topic (because height has something to do with sports unlike this).
Maybe we should have a world destruction topic?

Actually and go look up all the articles about different stars going to destroy earth. It's all a bunch of BS since the earth has been around over 4 billion years and nothing has happened from stars.

This whole thing *might* not have happened, if they had a wiser, more experienced leader. IMO

If something hasn't happened before doesn't mean it won't happen in the future. And there have been mass extinctions in the Earth's past. Some may be related to stars.

Actually, it's just *our* Sun that would destroy the Earth (because it turns into a Red Giant engulfing the inner planets and all that fun stuff).

I remember learning in school that 95% of the Earth's population was wiped out. topdocumentaryfilms.com/day-earth-nearly-died/ This was before the Dinos, BTW.

The only one has been the dinosaurs from a asteroid that hit earth and blocked the sun from all the dust. And now we could destroy large enough asteroids with missiles if we had too.

It would be more effective to just alter the asteroid's path. If you simply blow it up, hundreds of chunks would fall back to Earth.
