I personally would rather not have a troll-in-transition here.  I know he wants to change. I mean we have 5 mods it would take less than a click of a button to just ban him and delete posts. Give him a chance he isn't trolling anymore and does want to talk star wars. In turn my want to get to know us and be friends with some of us. I mean that is the whole purpose of mods in the first place, there not meant to sit there and look pretty they have power to maintain the forum in case something arrises. but I think he will try to talk star wars and in turn might join the games as well. If your reading this Ghost it's a privilege to be here so just be on your best behavior or we can ban you. But I say just let him join we might be surprised. Well, he does seem to be changing..... But I wouldn't count on it. It's up to the Mods.  |

Squiggy, I once came on and no mods were online. We can't rely on "Just ban him if he causes any trouble" because in my case the mods were all offline for about 1 hr. That's plenty enough time to spam True. But if we ever want this place to increase we cant be so nit picky all the time, we do have mods. And that may be because you are on different time zones than all of the mods. But there on a good amount of the time. I just don't want him here mostly because he's a troll, but also because I can't even understand him; his grammar is horrible. |

And I had horrible Grammar when I started and I changed. Anyone can easily put a few periods and capitals where needed. I'm not defending him because I can see where you guys stand but I'm mean 5 mods, he wants to change, we want more users to join, and etc. I just say go for it. As always, it's up to the mods.  |

As always, it's up to the mods. It should be a group discussion/choice. They just have the power to enable it. That would be nice, but I doubt it's ever going to happen. |

Well it should be. Just because they can do it that shouldn't make it there decision automatically. It is our forum as well. That's the fair way. But as always your more than likely right. I didn't mean to sound so harsh there. When it has to do with accepting someone from the site we should put up a poll for either yes or no and take a tally IMO. It just irritates me. We want to grow but were always worried about trolls when we have 5 mods to just ban them if it turns out to be a wrong move, is all I'm saying. I understand what you're saying. You have my support for posting a poll. |

And Squiggy, let me tell you one more thing. I've been on that site for a long time. I've seen many strange, creepy, sadistic things. I know that he's still a troll inside. Maybe if Cavebear can prove himself in the far out future he can join, but for now it's a huge no.

Did you even look on StarWars.com? He has a new name and It's Ghost. He's not bad, at all. He wants to talk StarWars. And he was being nice even before I mentioned the place to him. So it's not like a "plot". We have mods that's what there ment for. I wish I was one so I could take responsibility and watching him and etc. I bet if you let him join, you would be surprised. I mean really is it that hard to just click a button and ban if does act up. What do we have to lose here. I have a good feeling. If you let him join and he acts up then you can ban me from the forum for a month strait. No questions afterwards. I'm confident here. And he seemed to want to know how to play the games as well if you look. I still can't understand him........... |

They don't want him to join. Majority rules here. Ones past does not determine ones future. He has changed. He didn't come right out and say it. He just did. He wants to talk star wars and isn't making a big deal either and wants more info on the games. Acts up, then we click a button then he's gone from the forum. Really not that complicated. I bet you would be surprised if you let him join. We want more members. We don't take risks that will never happen. As I said he could act up and we banish him. But what if he really did change and we make friends with him and he ends up joining the games? Squiggly, think about this: Remember the troll that impersonated RogerRoger for a really long time? Well, he said he was going to. Change, but a few days later, he went back to his old self. |
