Gloin, Dwalin, Bifur, Bofur, Bombur, Dori, and Nori finally arrived at Rivendell. Elrond awaited them. Suddenly, the elves surrounded them with weapons. "Surrender," said Elrond. Confused, the Dwarves lay down their arms. The Dwarves were shackled and taken to a locked room. "Elrond, what is the meaning of this?"

"I may ask you the same question, Master Gloin," said Elrond, "Galadriel has foreseen that one of you killed Thorin Oakenshield and his nephews at The Battle of the Five Armies. And she knows that another of you dwarves killed Balin, Ori, and Oin at Moria. These traitors, these two traitors will betray us to Sauron." "We have no choice. Among you, there are innocents. We shall have the seven of you fight to the death until these scum are found. Once you suspect one of your fellow dwarves to be a traitor, you may challenge them to a duel to the death. You will be released once the killers are dead. Good Luck Gentlemen." HOW TO DUEL: Everyone starts out with 100 Life. If you suspect someone of being Scum, you challenge them to a fight to the death. On your guide, you choose one of your three attacks to use on your opponent. Each of your attacks beats one of your opponent's attacks, loses to one of your opponent's attacks, and ties one of your opponent's attacks. The loser of each round loses 10 Life. Once a player loses all life, they are dead. You may drop out of a Duel for a penalty of 40 Life. And you may deny a duel for a penalty of 20 Life. There may be two duels each day. The Affiliation of the Killed Person is revealed the next day.

Darn it! I hate fighting to the death! Well, at least there's only one traitor. BTW, has anyone seen any food around here? I'd love to have some salted pork.

I thought the Watcher in the Water killed Oin, unless that was a conspiracy theory. Or the dwarves at Moria and The Battle of the Five Armies really were killed by orcs and goblins. Which means... Elrond's scum! I challenge Elrond to a duel to the death!

Okay, *Kills Bombur* jk My chubby friend, we have seen that they killed Balin themselves and fed Oin to the Watcher in the Water. It has been revealed that held an axe to Ori as they forced him to write that book, and then struck him down. Thorin was killed by an arrow from an archer that was unknown, until now.

(I really don't know *too* much about my character so I apologize in advance for my ignorance RPing with my character) Death.....I hate death. It's unfortunate we have to do this, but we cannot let this traitor run around all willy nilly.

OOC: Unlimited, Dori's the strongest of the dwarves and in the movie he apparently looks out for his little brother Ori (Who's dead now, so I guess you can't really RP off of that). Fisto, Dwalin doesn't really do much in the book but in the movie he's the tallest of the dwarves and is a really good warrior. So... hopefully that helps you guys a little!

We should start by looking into who was killed. Oin was killed, so perhaps Gloin killed him? And what about Ori, does this mean that Dori or Nori killed him?

You were close to him, so you'd know him better and therefor have more reasons to kill him than the rest of us.

I would never kill a poor soul.

Though I'm not sure I can speak the same for Dori but I believe he wouldn't kill our brother either.
