Anybody been keeping up with it? We’ve got some cool trailers for Andor, Bad Batch and Jedi Survivor. Something else intriguing to me is the Tales from the Jedi mini series. Clone wars animations but it’s gonna feature Young Qui-Gon and Dooku as well.
Probably gonna watch some of the panels in the background. But one thing I do want to mention it’s pretty awesome seeing Pedro Pascal there after all the rumours he might leave Mando since he was only under the helmet. He seems really passionate about the projects.

And god I cannot see Jon Favreau as anything other then Happy Hogan from SpiderMan lol, hard to believe he’s the mastermind behind Mando.

Didn’t really expect to see Giancarlo Esposito either… seems like he’s in a lot of things these days and it’s not like he has a huge role in Mando really. Ok I also did not realize this was the armorer, she was in Supernatural... she needs to abandon the creed and take off her helmet lol  |

One last thing but they also announced the release date for Indiana Jones 5 and while an old Indy is kinda weird, I think this will basically be Harrison Fords send off film, I doubt he will have something this great after this film at his age. Honestly his death will probably be the first actor that will really hit me given I grew up with some many of his films. He’s probably my favorite all time actor.

Absolutely loved the appreciation and reaction to Ewan and Hayden here.
Ian completely slaughtering in it in one go reading that excerpt from Shakespeare Star Wars. Also likes the idea of a Tom Hiddleston starring prequel about Palpatine and Plagueis, which I very much abide.
Sam Witwer once again just being awesome and Tem doing a post interview haka on stage. What a legend.

Absolutely loved the appreciation and reaction to Ewan and Hayden here. Ian completely slaughtering in it in one go reading that excerpt from Shakespeare Star Wars. Also likes the idea of a Tom Hiddleston starring prequel about Palpatine and Plagueis, which I very much abide. Sam Witwer once again just being awesome and Tem doing a post interview haka on stage. What a legend. Wait what about Tom Hiddleston? Like a young Palpatine? Cause I think he’d be amazing in that role. Star Wars needs more big budget actors, it’s got the money and popularity for it. The prequels knocked it out of the park attracting well known guys like Neeson, Jackson and Christopher Lee. Ever since Disney our biggest is probably Pedro Pascal, Woody Harrelson and Giancarlo Esposito??? Not counting Harrison Ford, Mark Hamill and the old actors that appear in the sequels. There’s some smaller roles in the sequels with some well known actors like DJ in The Last Jedi but nothing major. I guess Emilia Clarke counts but tbh I don’t think she’s a great actress but she’s popular. |

Tales of the Jedi sounds like a missed opportunity. We really need an "origin story" for Ahsoka? Could've shown other characters from other time periods

Could've shown other characters from other time periods I think it’s really just a season of 10 minute episodes. Pretty sure every episode will be different Jedi stories. Honestly it kinda gives me 2003 CW vibes from the concept of just small collected stories. Probably be some decent world building stuff in there. |

Hmm so it’s probably not till a few years out. But I think all the post ROTJ Jedi shows will perfectly line up at some point and crossover for a big bad. Mando, Ahsoka, New Republic, Boba (I guess…). But I think long term Thrawn will be that crossover villain and DF/ Favreau will basically do their own Thrawn trilogy. Then we will have Ahsoka, Ezra, Sabine, Mando, Bo-Katan, and whatever new Republic characters against Thrawn who I’m guessing might be the end of the empire and the first spark of The First Order. Probably acting on Palpatines orders to keep them busy.
In other words, they are probably basing the Star Wars shows off the MCU and Thrawn will be Thanos. I just hope they kill a lot of those Rebels/ Clone Wars characters and make it an epic battle thing. Luke would likely cameo since he’s been in multiple shows. Han and Leia can be wrote out though due to Kylo being born I guess.
