Guess I should just make a thread for this.
It is apparently airing in 2022. I know GOT ended terribly, but Fire and Blood was good (and the part they are adapting has been finished) so this still has potential.

This could be pretty good, but it’s too far away for me to really care about right now in all honesty.

Sounds like a Chinese restaurant tbh idk Yeah, I don't know why they didn't go with 'The Dance of Dragons' or 'Fire and Blood'.

I'm not really hyped for this. Not only because Season 8 had lots of issues, but GOT just feels done to me. It might respark that hype near its release date however.

Meh, I need a new GOT-Style fantasy show. The Witcher is great, but it is nothing like GOT. Maybe this can bring back the original GOT feeling. George RR Martin is writing for it I think (RIP Winds of Winter) and they really can't mess up the story direction too much. It has lots of potential. The Fire and Blood book kind of spoil the story of course, but for non-readers this is going to be just like classic GOT in terms of story (unless they change too much). Honestly, the only reason I have any faith in this is because I read Fire and Blood and the Dance of Dragons seems really cool and has a more satisfying ending than King Bran in my opinion. I was much more skeptical about the 'Long Night' show, especially after season 8.

I would love it if this show could replenish my love for the World of Ice and Fire, because I lost whatever I thought that was.
