I have seen a few clips of Thrawn from Rebels... and I guess he is better than the Son 2.0... so I guess he gets my vote.

Thrawn is one of the best Star Wars characters, he jump started the EU really and kinda saved Star Wars when things where getting really dry 10 years after ROTJ

Thrawn isn't really a Rebels character, he was already established and they used the same appearance and personality that's been around since the early 1990s. DF was probably the biggest voice for it since he's a huge EU fan |
