Obviously the fifth brother. Remember when he got fooled by that device, or when was struggling against Ezra? Or maybe when he couldn't sense the Jedi on lothal but the seventh sister did? Such a great Villian.
But remember ventresses character development? That was actually great!

The Fifth Brother was cool for like the first episode he was in, but that was kind of it.  He looked cool and had a cool voice at least. But it's got to be Ventress without a doubt. |

Ugh IMO he felt like an MCU villain and I can see why was left off. More of an idea than a character. |

I felt he shouldn't be included because he hasn't really done anything of note yet. He's just been a behind the scenes villain. After The Last Jedi or Episode IX I think he'll be able to properly be in a tournament. It's good that we did this tournament now, because I would have said that the same applied to Thrawn. But now that Rebels Season 3 is over, Thrawn's had some type of an arc and we've seen his plans come to fruition. So he can be properly judged as a villain. As for Snoke, I think it's too soon to judge him as a villain. |

IDK...I actually liked the Seventh Sister but I came to like Tarkin more after TCW, Rebels and Rogue One... It's not like Seventh is going to win at this point so I'll just vote him.

I remember when I was little not thinking much of Tarkin in but honestly he's one of the greatest Star Wars villains.
Mostly because of how calm and practical yet completely ruthless he is.

I actually thought General Hux was a pretty good villain. He was intentionally an over the top space Hitler. But Count Dooku was basically the main villain of TCW and he could be pretty menacing at times. |

Nute is probably one of the worst "villains" in the Star Wars universe.... but I'd struggle to call him a villain, he's more of a clown

Apparently Embo's alive post-Return of the Jedi (I think it's in one of the Aftermath novels). As for Bane, we have no idea. But since they won't release the animatics for the bounty hunter arc from Season 6, who knows if they would have died or not.
